Righteous Gemstones is a series of paintings inspired by the organic beauty and quiet wisdom of the natural world. Living in the temperate rainforest of Vancouver Island, I’ve spent years collecting stones with gem-like qualities, each one a small reminder of the shifting value of life’s moments. Some moments are precious, others semi-precious, and their meaning evolves with time and the wear of the world upon them.
